Abstract
The objectives of this research are: 1) To determine the influence of the school environment on students' interest in learning in Office Management and Business Services at IPIEMS Vocational School, Surabaya. 2) To determine the influence of teachers' teaching styles on students' interest in learning Office Management and Business Services at IPIEMS Vocational School Surabaya. 3) To determine the influence of the school environment and teachers' teaching styles on students' interest in learning simultaneously in Office Management and Business Services at SMK IPIEMS Surabaya. The sample consisted of 100 respondents consisting of class XI and XII vocational students in office management and business services. The sampling technique used was proportionate random sampling. The data collection technique uses an online questionnaire in the form of a Google form, interviews as a preliminary study using structured interview techniques. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. Data analysis was carried out with the help of the SPSS 26 software program. The results of this research are 1) Based on the results of the t test related to school environmental variables, there is a significant influence on students' interest in learning Office Management and Business Services at IPIEMS Surabaya Vocational School. 2) Based on the t test results regarding the teacher teaching style variable, there is a significant influence on students' interest in learning Office Management and Business Services at IPIEMS Vocational School Surabaya. 3) Based on the results of the f test, the school environment variables and the teacher's teaching style simultaneously influence students' interest in learning Office Management and Business Services at IPIEMS Surabaya Vocational School. proves that the school environment and teacher's teaching style influence students' interest in learning.
